Notwithstanding any current or prior election to opt in or opt out of receiving calls or SMS messages (including text messages) from Hylon Heaton, you expressly consent to be contacted by him for any and all purposes arising out of or relating to your business with him, at any telephone number, or physical or electronic address you provide or at which you may be reached. You agree he may contact you in any way, including SMS messages (including text messages) and calls. In the event he calls, he may also leave a message on your answering machine, voice mail, or send one via text. You consent to receive SMS messages (including text messages), calls and messages.
You certify, warrant and represent that the telephone number that you have provided to us is your contact number. You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at the telephone number you have provided to us. You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using a particular telephone number.
Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry. You also agree that we may contact you by e-mail, using any email address you have provided to us or that you provide to us in the future.
Hylon uses Sendinblue.com as the contact management platform. By clicking Opt-In on this form, you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to Sendinblue for processing in accordance with their terms of use.

If you have received an auto-dial or spam message or call where caller ID references this number, first off I’m really sorry, I know it sucks. I too get hit with these spoofs all of the time. Technology just doesn’t catch up to the bad actors. However, please know these calls are definitely not from me. It is most likely a a malicious 3rd party spoofing my private work number. Unfortunately, because the messages do not source from anything I control there is usually nothing I can do to assist.
